This form allows you to pay for your banquet tickets and registration online. Please fill out all of the fields and submit the form only once.  Then you will be taken to the payment page where you can pay online. 
Each racer must fill out a seperate form!
In order to qualify you must have raced 51% of all races and 2 of the last 4 races and register by the deadlnie of 11-22-10.  You must be present to claim your awards.

Awards will be given to everyone who qualifies and registers By the deadline 11/22/10. Jackets & Trophies will be awarded to 1st place finishers in Desert & Short Course classes. Trophies toALL who Qualify regardless of position. IRONMAN: Trophies to top 3 in each Division who qualify. (OVERALL POINTS INBikes, Quads, Mini, PeeWee, UTV’s &
Trk/Buggy).

If there is more than 1 racer fill out a SEPARATE FORM for EACH RACER AND EACH CLASS that you qualify in.  You must be present to receive your awards, no awards or jackets will be ordered without a confirmation of a banquet entry form. EVERYONE (including racers) need to pay for the banquet entry.
